Staff Accountant & Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Staff Accountant & Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks (desktop or online), proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Approval and Invoicing:
- Generate Invoices
- Approve new contracts
- Verify commission percentages
Accounts Payable:
- Process accounts payable, including monthly rent payments and revenue share reports
- Processes ACH transactions
Financial Record Keeping:
- Update bank loans for principal and interest payments
Board Maintenance and Coordination:
- Coordinate board repairs with vendors such as Daktronics, Muth Technology, Pride, and internet service providers
- Collaborate with Midco, Verizon, and Solve Network for internet service management
Sales Meetings:
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, providing the sales team with key reports and metrics.
- Support the sales team as needed
Accounts Receivable:
- Generate and send monthly AR statements
- Manage accounts receivable reports
- Record payments received
Payroll:
- Process Payroll
- Track bonuses
- Process quarterly validation payroll
- Prepare W-2s and 1099 forms
Capacity Management:
- Review and manage companies’ inventory and reporting.
- Monitor and maintain company up-time.
Service Contracts:
- Manage out-of-warranty service contracts
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks (desktop or online)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
